Skiing and Snowboarding:
This small but steep ski area is easily accessible from town. It also has the only night skiing around. 500 skiable acres, 3 lifts and 41 runs, This is one of the best small ski areas in the west for beginners and experts. 

Snow Tubing:
A fun activity for the whole family, King Tube Park is located at the base of the mountain. Rent a tube and ride the rope tow to the top of the tubing hill.

Planetarium and Observatory:
The only one of its kind in the U.S., this premier facility (accessed by Gondola at 8,000 feet) features a powerful telescope able to provide safe views of the sun and its solar flares, plus lots of hands-on interpretive exhibits and activities for kids and adults.

Scenic Gondola Ride:
Enjoy the best views in town on a scenic gondola up the to the top of Snow King Mountain. Access our Aurora Mountain restaurant and Snow King Observatory and Planetarium as well as the many hiking trails atop the mountain and national forest area adjacent to the resort.

Mountain Cowboy Coaster:
Take our 5-minute chairlift ride to Coaster and then control your own speed as you fly down to the base along two rails. Fun for kids and adults.
