The National Park service regulates the number of snowmobiles that enter the park and therefore, you may only enter as part of an organized and guided tour or group. If you are not part of a commercially guided group, you will not be allowed to enter Yellowstone National Park on your snowmobile. Although sledding in Yellowstone National Park is more controlled than areas outside of the park, it offers a very unique winter experience.
