Jackson boasts a diverse family of fine restaurants and sandwich shops which are a must to visit whether your just passing through or staying a while.

Traditional East coast sandwiches are made to order whether you call them Heros, Grinders, or Submarine Sandwiches, the folks at New York City Sub Shop will know what your talking about when you order one of their gourmet delectables. They make a super Philladelphia Cheese Steak Sandwich which East Coasters can truly appreciate. They also boast a terrific turkey sandwich which is on their list of most populars. Their sandwiches come wrapped in fresh baked Italian bread which they bake every morning before the lunch rush. Service at New York City Sub Shop is considered Food thats fast, but not fast food. Owner Anise Morrow described the atmosphere of Betty Rock as a unique sandwich shop that is a comfortable place to hang out and get a sandwich that is made in front of you and served to you quickly. Pearl Street Bagels
For you bagel lovers, Pearl Street Bagels offers a unique twist to the deli sandwich by allowing you to create your own personal sandwich. You can pick from a variety of 12 flavors which are baked fresh daily. They are Wyomings first original bagel bakery. Owners Les and Maggi Gibson have baked their famous Jackson bagels for 6 years. Its a true local hangout where you can see local artists work decorating the shop. Pearl Street bagels makes fresh chicken salad, tuna salad, and humus for their sandwiches. Its advised that you get a cup of steaming gourmet coffee to go along with your bagel creation. Along with the 12 flavors of bagels, they recently added two new flavors, Blueberry Bran and Spinach Fetta. They also have new items on their menu to keep the locals happy.
